UPDATE: Nutrition Bombs
After over two weeks of my nutrition bombs infusing, the chef in me said, "You know what, I don't want this to be a fire cider [which takes about 6 weeks of infusion] so I'm going to call it."

I strained it out and the garlic cloves came out swollen with vinegar. I gave it a few tastes and I'm not allium-intolerant, but... whew. Now I know what that feels like.
So this is probably not going to improve my nutrition like I thought unfortunately. Not unless I start putting a tablespoon of it in water every day and take it like I take my garlic-infused honey, and I'm not convinced I would be getting enough of the minerals for that to be worth it.
Instead, I just threw some in the Instant Pot with some chicken and farro and pressure cooked for 20 minutes. Then I sauteed some brussels sprouts. When all was done and plated, I threw more nutrition bomb vinegar on top. It was really good!
But I'm going to try drinking red raspberry leaf and nettle tea every day instead to get what I need. This is a bit frustrating because I also had some issues with orange-infused honey which did not taste like orange at all when I took it out. So I'm learning a lot about infusion times and patience with these efforts.
